Apex Well Servicing sought to address a significant inefficiency in their daily operations: the document signing process for oil rigging activities. Previously, engineers would receive documents via WhatsApp or email, download and sign them manually, and then resend them to the main office. This process was time-consuming and cumbersome. Apex needed a solution to streamline document management, enhance efficiency, and reduce the time spent on document handling.
VE Digitize developed a tailored mobile application to resolve Apex’s document management issues:
