Background:

Marketing Services Bureau (MSB) specializes in market activations, brand/product launches, BA team management, and brand advertising. Known for ensuring 100% coverage and leveraging the power of perception, MSB is a trusted name in the marketing industry.


Objective:

MSB approached VE Digitize with the goal of automating their marketing activities’ quality assurance (QA) process. Previously, MSB managed the entire QA process via WhatsApp, which proved to be cumbersome and inefficient.
